The Yellow Duck is a body item in CP. This item first made it's appearance during the 2006 Summer Party, later in the 2008 water party. It has not made it's appearance in the last 7 years!
If you dance whilst wearing the Yellow Duck, you can perform a "paddle" animation.
To Obtain the Yellow Duck, open the Item Calendar located at the top of your screen next to the Member button, and click on the Ice skates. If you cannot obtain it, you may need to collect all the other items before it.
