The Blue Lei is a neck in Club Penguin. This item first made it's appearance during the 2006 Summer party, one year later, in the 2007 Summer Kickoff Party. It has not made it's appearance in the last 7 years!
If you dance whilst wearing the Blue Lei, you can dance! :)
To Obtain the Blue Lei, open the Item Calendar located at the top of your screen next to the Member button, and click on the Blue Lei. If you cannot obtain it, you may need to collect all the other items before it.
